20 years, one audience
Jim has been speaking to students in the USA for 20 years. That experience shows up in small ways an occasional presenter cannot replicate: knowing how long a gym audience will stay with a serious point, when to bring a volunteer on stage, and how to handle the back row of a large middle or high school assembly.
He is a professional performer as well as a safety presenter, which is why magic and audience participation are structural parts of the program rather than decoration. Attention is the prerequisite for everything else.
